Eureka School

The Eureka School, in Lafayette, Colorado, serves divergent-thinking children with a program geared towards learners who are both gifted and learning disabled. It specifically meets the unique educational and emotional needs of children who, despite intelligence, are not successful in traditional schools.

As the first school in the Brideun Learning Communities, Eureka helps students from third through eighth grades achieve their potentials, nurture their passions, and find respect for their diversity. The program is individualized, child-centered, playful, and non-linear.

Eureka is both a full-time academic program and a regional center for training and replication of the Brideun Learning Model.

Brideun Learning Communities and Eureka are expansions of the successful programs and services provided through the Brideun School for Exceptional Children and the Center for Educational Enrichment, founded in 2001 by school psychologist Marlo Payne Rice.
