Consultant specializing in Twice Exceptional Children

Marlo Payne Rice

Marlo Payne, M.S., is a School Psychologist and Education Consultant. She obtained her graduate degrees from the University of Utah. Marlo has worked in both public and private schools and has served in a variety of learning and mental health centers. Marlo has also held employment with the Gifted Development Center and has consulted in Jefferson County’s Public School Gifted Programs.

Marlo owns and operates The Center for Education Enrichment, a private educational consulting company specializing in meeting the needs of out-of-sync learners. Marlo advocates comprehensive services guided by a collaborative model --to identify a learner's educational and emotional needs and make the necessary connections for success. Marlo is, at heart, both an educator and an artist. She has two gifted, twice exceptional children.

Marlo Payne has published numerous articles and presented extensively on the subject of educating twice-exceptional children or asynchronous learners. She serves on the editorial advisory board of the 2e Newsletter and gives lectures across the country.
