Brideun Learning Communties foster individual potential and inspire a conscious way to learn and grow.

gifted Catering to divergent thinkers---people who do not learn, think, or feel in expected ways---the Brideun model consists of small, private educational programs that combine nonlinear thematic play-based curriculum with child-centered, interactive, therapeutic interventions.

Founded in 2001 by school psychologist Marlo Payne Thurman, The Brideun Learning Communities serve children in small (only 25 learners per group) alternative, community centered "clans." Each learning community implements a multi-sensory, theme-driven curriculum that teaches academic standards and remedial skill building through live action role-play, interests based seminars and needs based, therapeutic skill development. In so doing, the Briduen model easily adapts to meet the needs of gifted learners, as well as those individuals who have adequate intelligence, yet struggle academically or socially in traditional learning environments.

The primary goal of Brideun Learning Communties is to help all students achieve their potentials, explore their passions, and feel respected for their diversity.
